Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered immediately after confirmed payment. Because downloadable files cannot be returned, completed digital-product purchases are generally final, subject to applicable law.

If a file is materially defective, incomplete compared with its product description, or cannot be delivered, contact info@ghostlabsai.com promptly so the issue can be corrected or an appropriate remedy reviewed.

Build Sprints and federal services follow the written scope and payment terms accepted for that engagement. Work already performed and nonrecoverable third-party costs are not refundable unless the written scope states otherwise.
